Hometown Insurance Group is a locally owned independent insurance agency and brokerage company located in Columbus, Nebraska. It was founded in 1963 by Francis “Fritz” Paprocki who established Paprocki Insurance Agency. In 1998 Fritz sold the agency to a partnership that included Dale Gonka, Kathy Miller and Lisa Bender who then changed the name to Hometown Insurance Agency of Columbus.
